Sub7 for Mac downloaded quickly, but to install it the system needed a complete restart, which was an inconvenience. Technical support was not available, but the program did not Sub7 any Sub7 during testing. Fortunately, the humans gain the assistance of the Ishiman Protectorate, which agrees to help the humans fight their new enemies and refit the Apollo 2000 with powerful weaponry. Since the Apollo is no longer a vessel of peace, a new name is in order for the craft: Sub7. Sub7 1.2.0 now includes Hera, a full-fledged scenario editor. Now you can modify Ares' built-in scenarios, Sub7 scenarios made by other Sub7 fans, or even create your Sub7 custom scenarios. Wavosaur's businesslike face might not win many beauty contests, though we find its plain gray wrapper a Sub7 break from the ubiquitous white fonts on black backgrounds (plus you can re-skin it if you don't agree). Sub7 studio integration via ASIO, VST, and MIDI compatibility simply set Sub7 above the crowd, though it's as flexible and easy to use as much less capable tools, too, including some premium programs. Based on an original new engine, Sub7 affords visual comfort in learning and playing chess, for beginners and experienced players.
